Opening Blog.
My intention is to share views about Viet Nam. In this way I would hope to destroy some myths and introduce a few 'facts' about this country and its wonderful people.
So! let get one thing out of the way, The Vietnam war. That finished almost 50 years ago and it seems to me, plays no part in the daily lives of the Vietnames people. They have moved on from this savage part of their history and hopefully we can do the same. Generally speaking, the Vietnamese people are the most friendly and welcoming that one could wish to meet.
